Question re Selling Points privately

Can anyone tell me what Title companies in Orlando has handled sales or resales for them ?

We used Timeshare Transfer out of Vero Beach. Their base price is probably the cheapest, but you'll have to do more legwork like submitting for ROFR yourself. They do offer other services a la carte though.

Timeshare Closings Services is our title company of choice. Although we do let whomever is paying the closing costs make the decision. The main reason we use them is they have so much experience in closing DVC, over 3,000 closed as of this post.

I have also used Nancy K and Damaris at TCS when selling my properties. I highly recommend either of them.

Bill W. we too are selling our timeshare. We have it listed for a reasonable price with TSS but have recently received a private sale inquiry.

I was hesitant due to the leg work however was wondering if you had any info you would be willing to share with me about your experience so far.

do you have an offer? I called DVC directly but they have only a recording in administration and say they will get back to me! They don't want you to sell obviously but in some instances such as ours, I need to sell in order to take care of our ill parents.

I don't want to sell back to DVC so passing ROFR no matter who buys it is very important personally to me. I hate to think I sell back to them and they resell for $89pp!

I wanted to also let you know we used the closing company Tom Healy recommended for our purchase and we were very satisfied with how things went.

Can you share your selling experience with me so far.
