Question re: renting points

We have 150 points available starting this August for WVL or VWL....

Would like to rent them out and use funds to do disney cruise next year.

Would prefer to transfer them to DVC member rather than being bothered by making reservations, etc.

How does this usually work? Do you have renter send cashiers check and then when it arrives you both get on the phone w/member services and transfer points?

I've done it once before with a very small no of points, and am a little apprehensive with 150...

Any suggestions?

We are not DVC members, but we are looking for points to rent at the VWL studio on 10/15 - 10/19/03. We have rented points twice before and everything went very smoothly... Please let me know if you are willing to sell some of your points
