Question re: National - coupon use

I am an Emerald Aisle member but I used a coupon from Entertainment book to get a free day rental. Do I just hand it to the person in the booth when I leave the garage? I booked over the internet and the reservation form just says to proceed to Emerald Aisle and get my car. Anyone had this experience?

Yes, hand it to the person at the booth along with your driver's license, credit card, and possibly your Emerald Club card, too!

Thank you! The card is another issue - I don't have my perm. card yet but it's supposed to be in the mail so hopefully I'll get it prior to leaving.

if they have your Number already ....your name should be attached to it.....thus they should be able to pull you up on their computer.....and of course you will be showing them ID such as a drivers licence so it will verify that it is YOU

I LEFT my coupon home last time and I didn't get the discount! Please make sure you bring it!

I did not have my card in late October but as others said I was in the "computer". I also bring a paper copy of my reservation, my coupon, and give that along with my DL to the booth attendant. Works great. They give you a total and I have never had it not match the paper that I just had given them. Now forgetting the coupon is a whole different issue. Robinrs
