Question re: making reservations online

I can make reservations later this week for an upcoming trip but have never tried making them online.

If I do them online, can I put special requests in (such as a particular floor, savannah, etc.)?

If I cannot put special requsts in online, I may just call and make the reservation via phone.

The on-line reservation system does not accept special location/view requests. You can either call or email them to MS and have them noted on the reservation.

I usually e-mail MS to give them any additional information about my reservation(s). For example, I have three separate reservations for my next trip. One is five nights, the next two nights, the next two nights. All at the same resort in the same booking category. So I asked for them to be linked so we can stay in the same villa for the entire time. I'll get an e-mail back usually within 24 hours.
