we are going for the 1st time to dlrp this weekend

will it be neccessary to book places to eat , or will it be ok just to turn up ?

thanks

I would advise booking if there was anywhere you particularly wanted to eat (Bear in mind Annettes, The Rainforest Cafe and Planet Hollywood cannot be booked in advance). We found though, as a couple, we often got seated first as there were more tables for two free.... As you're going over a weekend I would maybe think booking was a wise idea though.

Where are you planning on dining?

hi, when we went in feb this year, we booked for each evening before we went. We did have the hb plus vouchers, so knew which restaurants we would want to visit.
I was so pleased that we did book though, as the queues in the evening were so long, especially for the steakhouse and billy bobs.We bypassed the queues and on both occasions, had a leisurely meal and then passed the same people still queueing on the way out!
This was half term, but it wasn't really busy in the parks.I think it was so busy because when the parks shut ealier (i.e 7pm) people are limited on which restaurants are available in the evenings- village or hotels.
