Question re: booking AKL

Hi~

I am hoping the experts can help me. If I were interested in booking a room at AKL using part points and part cash who would I contact to book it? Would I have to use member services for the points part and than call CRO for the cash part? If so, could they be linked?

CRO would have to make your cash reservation. You might or might not be able to link them. You'd have to tell CRO and MS the reservation for the room they aren't reserving and see if they could put it on the reservation.
