Question: Ordering Tickets from Undercover Tourist?

We are considering ordering tickets from undercover tourist.
I know it says 12 business days for shipping to Canada on the website, but has anyone ordered tickets from there and how long did it actually take for you to receive them?

Ours came pretty quick. I would guess about a week? Sorry I don't remember exactly. This was to Alberta.

We just ordered ours and received them in five days (we live in Ontario).

I was just worried about it taking MORE than the 12 business days, as we're getting close to our vacation, but it seems that about a week is standard.

I was simply amazed. We ordered ours on a Saturday, and received them on the Tuesday!! ( we're in Montreal ) So technically, that's 2 days ( business days ). They Guarantee 12 days though. So as long as you plan for those 12 days you should be fine.

Yes, plan on at least the 12 days. I ordered last fall and on my 12th day of waiting, I phoned them about it. They were very good about it. They faxed a copy of all my tickets to me that day. Of course my tickets arrived the 13th day, 1 day before we left. They said that sometimes the packages were being held up at border. I was happy with the customer service response from them!!

I ordered on a Sunday and we got them at least a week later. Not right away but definitely within the time frame indicated.

WE ordered but ended up picking up once we arrived in Orlando it was easy doing it that way as well and no hassle, we even ordered Universal Tickets when we were in Florida and picked them up 2 days after being ordered GREAT PLACE!!!!

Thanks everyone! I actually ordered the tickets last Thursday and they just arrived today (Wednesday), so less than a week - like 4 business days! (and we're in BC)! I was so surprised and thrilled that they came so quickly!!
