Question on when/how to pay for the DDP

Hi, a girlfriend is planning on going with me to Disney in Dec (staying at OKW through a trade through II) and has disney dollars through her credit card. My question is, when do you pay for the dining plan? When you order it? Or when you check in? If it is at check in, she can give me the dollars for her plan and I put it on the room, but if it is immediately, how do I go about it?

dvc has to be paid upon checkin,your unable to pay befor then as differnt computers.has to be added through member services at least 5 days prior to arival.Not to sure if trade ins can get it,you can only try.try this Question on dvc board they might know as well
