Question on waitlist

We were finally able to get 5 nights at SSR for early October in a 1 bedroom preferred. We would ideally like to try for a 2 bedroom preferred. How do I set up a waitlist to let them know one would replace the other? Online or by calling?

You can do it online. Go through the process like you are trying to book the 2-bedroom. If all night are not available, there will be an option to waitlist for the room. As part of the waitlist setup, it will ask if you want to replace an existing reservation.
