question on reservation & housekeeping

hi - when we booked our trip we couldn't get 8 nights straight - so we technically have three reservations - one for two nights - one for four nights - and one for two nights - so would we have to move out of the room and re-register - or could we link all reservations - and would housekeeping only come in on four days - or after the two day, and then the four day reservation - just wondering how this works - thanks in advance

Are you the DVC member, or are you renting from different members?

You can link them if they are all booked on points for the exact same resort and room type, as well as villa size. For example, if they are all BWV standard view studios you can link. If they are some standard view studios and some preferred view studios at BWV, then no you cannot link.

If they can be linked, you have the best chance of staying in the same villa if all are on points. If some nights are cash and some are points, then you may have to move. At the very least, you will need to check out and check back in each time the reservation changes.

You will need to have the DDP on all nights (if linking) for all occupants for the entire stay then.

thanks, we're going on points - and they should be linked - so would it be considered a full reservation - and would you know if we do advance check-in would it cover all three - thanks again
