question on preordering for BOG fastpass+ lunch

Hi everyone! Could anyone guide me in the preordering for the BOG lunch? We have the fastpass+ booked for Christmas Eve- there are 7 of us- 4 kids and 3 adults. 2 of my kids are 11, so they have the free dining plan as adults. But I'm wondering if I preorder them a kids meal instead of an adult meal (the choices sound a little more like they'd like them) am I supposed to order a drink and dessert also? I don't want to preorder them, and then get charged for them if they arent' included. Thanks for any help!

If you do a kids meal with an adult credit you still only get what's included in the kids meal. So a drink and entree. No dessert for QS.
