Question on philharmagic AP dates

If the AP preview days for philharmagic is set for late sept. as reported elsewhere, does that mean that the soft opening dates would be before the AP days? I would believe so since they would want to work out all of the bugs, but I thought I would ask the experts who know of such things!

Another question about AP preview days.

If you are aleady on-site when AP preview dates are announced, how would you get to know about them? Is there some way of getting to know these things when you are not at home, and not travelling with a laptop to check this website?
