Question on our tentative plan

Hi! I need some advice.
We will be down for the Star Wars weekend; My kids (10 and 8) and the big kid(DH) is excited about this! I was thinking about spending most of the weekend at MGM for this event. I did plan a PS for Breakfastosaurus for 10:10 on saturday 6/11 (kind of to "kick off" our vacation and to break up the monotony of spending 2 days at MGM). This day, 6/11, is an early EMH at AK...was I wrong in this? Should I switch our PS to Sunday 6/12 and spend all day at MGM on 6/11 and 1/2 day on sunday?

That would be too much running back and forth for me, but if you don't mind a lot of running around (I'm assuming you have a car) and you don't have any other day to dine at Breakfastosaurus then go for it.
