Hi all, hope this is the right place to post this.....

I received my park tickets today from a site that I found on mousesavers today and had a couple of questions....

1. The ticekts from last year were a plastic card, which could get wet without falling apart. The tickets I received today were a cheap paper type ticket. Is that the way they all are, or is just because I didn't get them through Disney?

2. The tickets are 'plus' tickets. I would assume that I am not supposed to have gotten a seperate ticket for the pluses and they they are recorded on the ticket somehow as being there?

I don't mean to sound stupid, but have never not gotten the tickets through Disney before (or had the plus option) and want to make sure when I go in a couple of months everything will work as they are supposed to.

Thanks for your help!

The tickets are not paper; they are a composition and can get wet.

The magnetic stripe is the key to everything. Each park (including the minor ones, have their own ticket server which is constantly updated with information on valid tickets. When the ticket is put through the reader in the turnstile, the system checks to see if you are to be allowed in that park. If you have valid pluses remaining it will lower the counter. If you do not have a hopper option and you try to park hop, it will indicate that you had already been in a different major park that day.
