Question on new Promo

I have a question on the new promo with the free water parks and park hopping. We are staying on rented points in Feb/March from Sunday through Thursday of our stay and I am going to book a value for our Friday stay before heading home. Can I book the one night stay but then get a 10 day pass with the free park hopping and water parks? I would then add on the non-expiring option and use it for 2 trips. Not sure if I can do this since I will only be getting a room for 1 night. Any info would be great. Thanks.

If there was not a limitation on the number of days for this package deal I don't see why not since ticket days do not have to correspond to length of stay. If the opposite applies especially for those with AP’s, 7 night stay but 1 day tickets then you should be OK too. All you have to do is call make a reservation at your resort of choice using the discount code and then tell them what you want.
1-800-828-0228, saves you on long distance.

I saw there was a 3 night minimum for booking with this code...

I just booked the new package for our January stay and the CM mentioned that there was a minimum stay requirement but since we are going for 8 days we wore all set.

Darn. I knew it was too good to be true. Now, back to square one again. Thanks for the quick replies everyone.

Disney has a 3 night min. on all packages so it makes it hard on us DVCers (and whn we are TA's they won't make an exception)

Not as a standard practice...the 3 night minimum package stay went away when Magic Your Way packages were introduced in 2005.

Just did this 1-night package on disneyworld.com:

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Package Total: $642.54
Arriving on 12/10/05 for 1 night 2 Adults
Room Type: Savannah View Room
Ticket Type: 2-Day Magic Your Way with Park Hopper option
Package Type: Magic Your Way Package

I believe the 3-night minimum is just for this discounted package.

Sorry guess I wasn't specific enough, it's the dining that you have to be there 3 days. Dining is where I think the bargain to the packages tends to be

Nope, you can do 1 night with dining too:

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
Package Total: $712.54
Arriving on 12/10/05 for 1 night 2 Adults
Room Type: Savannah View Room
Ticket Type: 2-Day Magic Your Way with Park Hopper option
Package Type: Magic Your Way Package with Dining

The Dream Maker packages used to have a 3-night minimum, the Magic Your Way packages removed that restriction - except for these special deals - they occasionally enforce minimum night stays for these discounts - but not always.

Some travel agencies will enforce a minimum night stay.

Michael

PS. Also on MouseSavers http://www.mousesavers.com/packages.html#2005 :

"The Magic Your Way packages have no minimum length of stay"

I got a e-mail this morning from Disney and I tried to book just one night, I chose the non-expiration and tried to get the 7 day tickets with free park hoping.

It said I need to have a 3 day minimum to receive the package.

So how do I go about getting a room under 3 days and a 7 day tickets with added expiration and free park hopping.

You can't - for the discount it must be at least 3 nights.
