I'm not a big fan of the new site and have written to national at least 4 times this week with problems. One, I can't get into a ressie even though I DID NOT use multiple coupons. Two, I had 2 free days (plus 5 credits) and now I have no free days and have been writing to try to get them back. Three, like the OP, I have to work harder now making sure I'm emerald aise/executive. With Executive aisle, you pay intermediate price, but are guaranteed a full size and the website doesn't give you much guidance. My last email from National basically told me they can't help me and I now need to call for help....ugh. If it wasn't broken, why did they think they needed a new website???
