Question on my point availability

Sorry, I'm having a brain freeze here. I only have 20 points left in my current use year. I get my 2008 points December 1. If I want to make a reservation for Dec 2008 today, can I use my 2008 points, plus borrow from my 2009 points? Thanks!

Yes. Your 2008 UY starts December 1, 2008, so any vacation this December would use 2008 points and 2009 points if you need to borrow any.

It is not too late to bank those 20 2007-UY points btw. Those could be used for that December vacation as well.

Better get cracking as December is a very 'hot' month DVC-wise.

Also, I haven't kept up on my DVC reading, I know banking guidelines have changed but when do I have to bank those 20 points by?

You have until the end of July to bank 100 % of your points. You cannot bank any after that.
