As you all know our next disney trip is up and coming!!

Being the planner that I am I am already contemplating scrapping the trip! I have amasses quite the colletion of supplies, I have bought some but most are handmade pieces aquired thru swaps!

Last night as I lay in bed trying to sleep it occured to me that I need to decided if I am going to scrap this trip chronologically or by park/theme! Last album was chronological as are my everyday albums. Do you think I should shake things up a bit and do it by park/theme? A little bit of both? Pro's and con's of each???

Thanks

I like chronological! One thing I saw which was neat make a calander page. Fill in the days with what you did. That way you can later decide if you want to do it park by park or day by day. You will still have a page that tells you what you did and when!

I do ours by park. It just makes more sense to me to have them grouped that way. I like the way the Animal kingdom pages go together and the Magic Kingdom pages seem to match.

Either way works. I just think it makes for a smoother album this way. I like the flow. You could still put in a calendar page, if you wanted to.

from our July trip, and I am doing it chronologically. I wrote a trip report which is a couple of pages long for each day. I typed it up, printed it out and I am going to do a two page spread with the write up for each day, followed by all the pics from that day. That way we can remember it how it happened.

We do lots of trips and will continue to do so, so I do my albums chronologically. That being said, I don't hesitate to take similar pictures of shows/attractions/parades on each trip, and if they don't have people in them, I mix them up to get the size spread I want, or use the best ones.

I've been thinking about my album too. I think I'll go chronologically. I am going to make up an itinerary for each day (maybe do it in a general Disney theme, all being somewhat similar to flow throughout) and have that divide each day up. I think journalling will be alot easier, than if you do it by parks. I'm sure either way would work fine. Isn't it exciting? We'll be plugging away at these albums in no time!!!
And thinking about it now, I think my itinerary page may include a general journal about the day. Just special moments, funny happenings, what we enjoyed most, etc.
