QUESTION ON HHN TICKETS---WILL CALL LOCATIONS
This will be our very first trip to US/IOA so please bear with my questions of confusion.

Here is my situation.

THERE ARE 5 OF US IN OUR GROUP
I purchased on line the Mastercard --buy 4 get 1 free 5 day bonus pass tickets- We had to do "will call" ticket pickup.....there was no option to print at home your ticket.

Only 3 in the group is going to HHN. I purchased 3 Stay and Scream HHN tickets for the discounted price you can get when you purchase day tickets for the parks thru the on line phone number. We had to do this over the phone because the page for the Stay and Scream discounted tickets would not show that we had purchased the Mastercard 5 day bonus pass special. We also had to do will call for these tickets.

Question 1...Where are the "Will Call" ceOsk ticket machines located???

We will not be able to check into our condo till 4 pm Sat. Oct 2.....

There are 3 in our party who are going to HHN Oct. 2, but we will not be there in time to spend the day in the parks. Our plans are for them to go to HHN Sat. night after we get there, relaxing/pooling Sun. and then all 5 of us go for our 5 days/2 parks Mon.-Fri.

Questions 2. Do they have to show their Bonus Days parks tickets to get in with their Stay and Scream tickets to HHN?
Will they lose 1 day of bonus days park attendace by going into the park on that HHN Sat. night?

Questions 3. What is the earliest time that they can enter the park with their Stay and Scream tickets and what time does the HHN begin? Exactly where is the entrance for HHN?

Guess this is all the ??? for now. Hope this makes sense!!
Thanks

Let me try. I'm sure someone will correct me if I lead you astray.

1. The ticket machines are to your right after going under the Universal arch. Ticket boothes (with people) are hard to miss at either park. I've never "will called" before so I'm not entirely sure.
The 3 that are going to HHN will need to be there before the parks close. IOA 5 and USO 6.

2. They will have to use one of their park admission days as well as the HHN tickets to do the stay and scream.

3. The earliest one can enter the park for stay and scream is at opening (9 am)? The earliest you can enter HHN from the stay and scream staging area? Unknown yet, but usually before the official 6:30 HHN opening. The HHN entrance is IOA but if you enter the park before they close you can go thru USO. The stay and scream queue is between Jimmy Nuetron and Twister.
Look for Disser, Robvia in the stay and scream queue. He'll be wearing a black CP Raptor shirt. I'm sure he will answer your HHN questions and give you some touring tips as well. You touring during the week should not be crowded at all. In fact Sunday should be pretty easy as well.

<<<<
WHY WOULD THEY HAVE TO USE 1 OF THEIR Ticket DAYS AT THE PARK?? They cannot go to the park during the day that day. they will do good if they get there before 6:00 that night. Do you mean with a Stay and Scream ticket you have to enter the park at a certain time?? You can't just arrive and enter HHN entry at whatever time you can get there?
The Stay and Scream ticket is a separate ticket from the 5 days 2 park tickets......those tickets were a discount from regular HHN tickets because we also purchased the 5 day bonus tickets......seems to me that they should not have to loose a day in the park just because they are wanting to go to HHN the first night we are there and then go to the parks during the week we are there.........MAYBE I SHOULD CHANGE THE STAY AND SCREAM TO FRIDAY OCT 8.....and that way they won't loose 1 of their days. Can you changes your dates of HHN??
HELP SOMEBODY...I am getting stressed over this..
Thanks
Sandra:(

I could and probably am wrong. Someone will come to your aid. I know that I'm am paying $120 for VIP and need to pay separate for park admission! Its $120 for my son as well.

Below are a couple of references to stay and scream from the official HHN website. The way I see it is you have to have a park ticket plus the stay and scream ticket?

Guests to Universal Studios® and Islands of Adventure can save $24 on admission to any night of Halloween Horror Nights with a Stay and Scream Upgrade.

Stay and Scream Upgrades are available online and for sale at Universal Studios® Florida and Islands of Adventure at the Vacation & Guest Services locations.

The Stay and Scream Upgrade costs $30.75 + tax with a Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure park ticket.

Q. If I purchase a daytime park ticket to Universal Studios Florida® or Universal's Islands or Adventure®, will it include Halloween Horror Nights?

A. A daytime park ticket does not include Halloween Horror Nights as this is a separately ticketed event. You may upgrade your daytime ticket to include Halloween Horror Nights by purchasing a Stay and Scream ticket online now at the same time you purchase your regular park admission ticket or at Vacation Services in the parks. Stay and Scream tickets are $30.75+tax in addition to your daytime ticket admission offering you a savings of $24 on the price of Halloween Horror Nights for any event night.

Motherfletcher is right.

the ONLY way you can use a stay and scream is if you have a park ticket for that day.

either that or you have to pay for a halloween ticket that includes the days admission or buy a days admission.

You have to be in the park by the time it closes for the day (which is why it's called Stay & Scream), which will be about 5:00. HHN starts at 6:30. You can't enter the park inbetween the time it closes and when HHN starts. You need a day ticket to do Stay & Scream, and it will count as a regular day of admission. If you aren't in the park before it closes for the day, you wait for the event to open to the public at 6:30, making the Stay & Scream ticket pointless. If you aren't going to spend the day in the park and don't want a day of admission wasted, you're supposed to get a normal HHN ticket.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANSWERS ABOVE...BUT MUCH STILL DOES NOT MAKE SENSE...
Nothing in the info on Stay and Scream discount tickets says you HAVE to be in the park before it closes that day of the night you go to HHN to be able to get in with a Stay and Scream ticket........those tickets are a savings of $24 on the regular HHN because you have also purchased the day tickets or in our case 5day bonus2/park tickets...you have to have purchased the day park tickets to purchase the Stay and Scream tickets.....
Surely, people who have Stay and Scream tickets can arrive at whatever time they can..they would not be denied entrance if they are not in there before the parks close....that really doesn't seem fair...

I understand what you are saying but the $24 discount to get the HHN tickets was because we purchased the 5 day bonus tickets.......Nothing said we HAD to be in the park that day..we just had to have purchased those day tickets to be able to purchase the Stay and Scream discount...you can't buy them without purchasing the day tickets first....
I truly thank all of you for replying....guess I will have to call on- line tickets back and see if we can change the HHN Stay/Scream date to Fri. Oct. 8 night...
Our vacation there is Sat. Oct.2 to Sat. Oct. 9....we plan on doing the 5 days/2 parks Mon. to Fri. but they wanted to do Stay and Scream HHN on the 2nd...but looks like they can't without losing a day off the ticket......
Hope I can change the tickets...
Thanks again
Sandra

You need to already be in the park for stay and scream, at the time of closing. Which in turn means you would need a daytime ticket, but if you go in after HHN starts then you won't need a day ticket.

THANKS lilkitty819 AND ALL OTHERS for your help.

I finally just emailed Universal with my dumb question...
Their reply:

Thank you for visiting Universal Orlando Online.
The Ceosks are located next to the ticket booths at either park. You will not need to present your regular admission ticket along with the Halloween Horror Night ticket. The event begins at 7pm and the Stay and Scream passes will be accepted at 7pm at the main entrance at Islands of Adventure.

So, they can go Sat Oct.2 and not lose a day...they just can't get in till 7pm with the regular crowds...but I saved $24 per ticket buying a Stay and Scream tickets. Now we can do our park days Mon-Fri. as planned.
Thanks again...

Okay I thought I had this but slsharp has me all confused.

We have tickets throughout the week of our stay for the promotion stay 4 nights and play free. We also have the regualr price admission ticket to HHN for Wed. Oct. 13th. We will already be at Universal on that day and were planning on waiting it out in the Stay and Scream area. I am correct in assuming this will be okay to do this since we'll have HHn tickets as well as a daily ticket? We have regular HHN tickets but we'll already be in the park that day.

Thanks
Jenny
