Question on Happy Limo

How is their service - when I booked them, it did not say they added in an automatic tip or $7 of fees - any info would be welcome before I confirm.

We are booked with Happy Limo to/From Sanford to ASMo for our summer trip with a stretch limo (a treat for DS -16 and DD-14 and DH!!) On the email confirmation there will be the basic rate and then the gratuity figured in.
I for one am ok with that. I'd rather pay for it all up front than be fumbling around for tip money and trying to second guess what we should pay. From their end, it makes business sense to do it that way as their drivers are not responsible for the cash tips, giving receipts, etc. The gratuity looks to be 20%.

Their process was very efficient and left me with minimal questions.
