Question on combining magic pins

I see that you can combine some magic pins. I actually have a couple of transportation magic pins. What will I gain by combining them? I'm afraid to try because I know I can't "un"combine them! Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

With teleportation, the main reason to combine is so it looks cool
But you don't really get any extra-special bonus for combining THAT MAGIC as far as I know. Some say that it charges faster.

There are two magics I wont combine anymore and thats teleportation and snowman. They dont last longer, they just charge faster.
Fireworks, invisible, bat and inferno when combined last alot longer than a 1 star magic pin.

Also I have an easier time trading a 1 star magic pin.

Combining magic pins either makes the effect last longer, or shortens the recharge time.

The recharge time on teleportation gets shorter and shorter with each star you add.

I have two five star snowman, teleport, fireworks, invisible and bat. I with that I can stay any of those things all the time. As soon as one is done its recharged for the next magic to start. Since it starts again right away its like making is longer only I have to click the snowman and teleport to use again right away.

I say if you ever think you want to trade it dont combine it. If you never plan to trade or think you will as a multi star then why not go ahead and combine. Its a lot of fun that way.

when my teleport was only two star it took a long time to recharge so I didnt feel it was as beneficial as two seperate would be. It wasnt until it became 5 star it became fun to have it together. With two seperates you can use the second one right away after the first so in a way better than two combined.

I would say if you are someone who likes doing the quests, having a five star teleport works to your advantage. Especially when trying to walk across a long room. The short recharge time helps. The best example is in a large room like the Haunted Magic Stretching room....if you want to go from the entrance to down on the bottom floor, and then back again, it is much easier to use your teleport rather than wait.
