Question on Codes/Pins/Frequent Visitors....

Ok, my theory on the current codes/pins of 40% would go to those how are not frequent visitors. I feel Disney is trying to get those that haven't been in several years instead of those who travel every year or every other year. How many people travel to Disney and stay on-site at least every other year got the 40% off code? Other codes/pins? Those that got the mailer for upgraded tickets do you normally get tickets with Water Parks Fun and More or do you just get base tickets with park hopping?
