Question on changing reservations

If we book a reservation through the WDW website can we change the reservation if a special deal or better rate comes up at a later date?

And are there any special deals or rates that usually come for visiting the end of Feb/beginning of March?

I didn't think that you could book online beyond Dec 2006. Have they opened up the dates? If you book online, you should still be able to make changes and cancellations by calling CRO and providing them with your confirmation number.

In 2005, Disney offered package discounts and room-only discounts to the general public for stays that included Feb./Mar. In 2006, there was only a package discount that ran thru Feb. 'til Mar. 8 and it had to be booked no later than 12/18/05. After March 8, there were no general public discounts until stays beginning 4/23.

Given that late Feb./Mar. is typically spring break time, you may or may not see a discount for your date.
