Question on calling for PS...

I called for my first ps for our upcoming trip and the first few times I called I got the recording of "closed now" so I immediately hung up and hit redial. I got thru exactly at 7 am but then I was asked a series of questions that I had to punch the appropriate phone key to. Then put on hold. By the time I got a real person it was 7:08. How do I bypass all the questions and go straight to an operator? I know the seconds are going to count when it comes time to ps for Cindy's! I have made ps in the past and dont remember! thank you -
