Question on bands

Hi everyone! Santa is bringing my 6 year old and me a trip to Disney for the week after Christmas! I could NOT be more excited! Question on wrist bands.... I got a ticket online through a work discount and I received a ticket confirmation that says I will need to pick up actual tickets at will call. Once in the park is there a good way to transfer all my fast passes, tickets, etc to wrist bands? What is the best way to go about that? We are staying off property.
