Question on ASMo Bus Service?

For anyone that has been in the last couple of weeks..........How has the bus service been at the All Star Movies Resort?

We will be there next week and since I have heard mixed reviews, I just thought I would check with anyone that has been recently. I have also heard the ASMo is almost filled to capacity at this time.

Any thoughts you might have on the bus service at this time would be greatly appreciated!

We stayed at Movies Nov. 8 - 16. We did have to stand a few times when leaving the Resort. When leaving the parks, if the bus was standing room only, & we didn't want to stand, we waited for the next bus - it wasn't a long wait (we had 2 & 5 year old children along). We had interesting conversations with the CM's!! At the Magic Kingdom there is a bus stop for each of the All Star's - at the other parks there was just one . Hope this helps. Have a GREAT vacation ---- don't miss 'Wishes' fireworks at the Magic Kingdom!!!!!!!!

Stayed at All Star Music 11/23-11/30. This is a week when the resort is essentially full, although much of the year the resort has been 90+% full.

Didn't observe the really crowded hours but from what I saw service was good. During moderately busy hours the MK buses pulling in were empty meaning they had not gone to All Star Sports first.

I didn't say excellent because it seemed to me that an extra bus beyond the 20 minute headway was not dispatched unless it too would be full. So if there were 1-1/2 busloads of people (about 100 folks) waiting, the last 30 or so would have to wait another 20 minutes I guess.

At Magic Kingdom, all three All Star bus stops are used only during peak periods and the hanging signs are changed accordingly. In the morning rush, each resort has its own buses going to MK, but sometimes coming back one bus drops off at all three All Stars while the other two might do something like Polynesian/Grand Floridian to MGM. In the evening rush, all three All Star bus stops at MK are in use but much of the time one MK bus picks up at all three resorts. Buses do not always drop you off at the park using the same spot (berth) where you would re-board to go back to the resort.
