I was just on Allears.net and read that on your arrival at WL they would unload your luggage for you. On our first trip to WL, we were told to wait and someone would help us. After waiting some time, not only did they not unload our luggage but demanded we move our car immediately while we were unloading it. We would have gladly paid them if that was what they were waiting for if they had informed us. So...what's the deal. I have two rooms booked for my daughter and her family and my DH and me in August and one room for my niece and her family in July. For several of them it will be their first trip and would prefer it get started on a good note, not made to feel like we don't belong there. The rest of our stay was great and probably should have spoke to someone at the front desk about this.
