Family of 7 going to WDW May 31-Jun 5 on DDP. We made an ADR for Le Cellier (can't wait! sounds yummy!) for 7:20 pm. Can we be in and out in time to see Illuminations at 9 pm? I'm concerned because I hear people need to find a spot for the parade up to 2 hours in advance.

This is a first trip for us and I want to make sure we see as much as we can.
TIA!

It really depends. I'm going to say probably not. Generally, Le Cellier has a problem of getting people in around the time of their ADR as the evening goes on - which is why we usually go around opening for dinner. One time we had an ADR for 6:00 and didn't get seated until 6:30. If they seat you on time, you may have a chance though, but your viewing area may not be the best. HTH!

Check in for your reservation at 7:00. Hopefully, you will be seated in time. Dinner will depend on how fast you want your service. If you want to eat and run, order appetizers and the entree immediately when you place your drink order. After dinner, go back to Germany. There are plenty of spaces back there even a half hour before Illuminations starts.

I've seen Illuminations dozens of times and I've never stood for more than a half hour to see the show from back in Germany.
