Question on 2009 Free Dining

I have come to the dark side and plan to go to Universal in Summer 2009 since we won a ticket from the Superbowl giveaway. I remember Universal offered free dining last year. Any hints that they will offer again for this year?

Currently, I do see kids eat free promotion, but our kids are 15, 16 so we can't use it. I see Disney free dining usually is announced around April, so I might have to wait.

Any insight will be helpful for those who used it prior years.
