Question? Need special assistance.

In need of some assistance on a very important question.
I will be going to WDW soon and staying in the Villas over at the Wilderness Lodge, I also will be accompanied by someone that I hope will be my companion for life.

Yes, I will be proposing and I really want for this to be special, romantic, and magical, as she is a wonderful woman. I'm not sure but I am thinking of asking while we are at the MK, or during Wishes, or from the highest roof top. Need many suggestions, all will be welcomed...for any place, park, or restaurant you feel would make the night Magical.

For anyone that has stayed at Wilderness Lodge and Villas if you can help out, that also would be appreciated. (Maybe some special location at the Lodge)

I think the castle courtyard would be very memorable but I'm not very expert on "romantic" disney. I'm sure others have great ideas and I applaud your tremendous efforts to make this this special time just perfect. She's very lucky to have you! Threehearts

If you want to make it really, really special, book the Grand One for a fireworks cruise, order a bottle of champagne, and pop the question.

I had something planned for my wife on our anniversary with them.. I had to cancel but what they were gonna plan was awsome. I also just checked thier website and they do engagements..... Anyway hope it helps

How about these:

- Take a carriage ride around Grand Floridian. It's a beautiful Cinderella's carriage and the carriagemen all dress up like in the fairy tales.

- Take a carriage ride around POR in the evening.

- Get a PS at one of the resort restaurant during wishes and after the fireworks tell here that she's made your wish come true!

- On one of the MK resort beaches while watching fireworks, take a blanket, champagne, etc... Watch the fireworks there and afterwards propose.

- On main street in front of the castle, get a photographer to take a picture of the 2 of you. When he's ready to take the picture, get down on your knee and propose. You'd have a reminder for all time.

If you want to watch your pennies (for the wedding, ) a wonderful free alternative would be to be the flag family. I know these spots go very quickly, so I'd probably call or email the general mgr at WL well before hand. I would think that they'd help you with your little suprise.

Imagine standing on top of WL, taking in the breathtaking view after helping to raise the flags. You could "pop" your question! If she has an inkling, she'd probably be expecting more of a romantic dinner proposal, an early morning one might be more of a *suprise*.

They give carriage rides in Cinderella's carriage? I never knew that. Is it expensive?
