We have to checkout early to be on time to meet up with the tour in MK, should we store luggage at bell services at resort? Or put luggage into car trunk and park at MK? Would this mean paying for parking for that day?

One of our group will have to get to airport for departure flight after the tour, would it be easier to drive to airport, or take her back to the resort to get ME?

It's personal preference. Storing luggage with bell services is climate controlled, in your car it will be hot. You won't have to pay for parking. Getting a person to the airport on time depends on the flight departure time. Magical Express will pick up from your resort about 3 hours before flight departure. Keys to the Kingdom lasts about 5 hours. You would need to add about another hour to get back to your resort. Hope this helps!

If you are staying at a Disney Resort, then your parking will be free. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort, how were you planning to get to MK for the tour?

We normally let BS store ours on check out day, even though we have a car. We just find it easier then either lugging it out to the car or having to drive the car up, get the luggage and go back and park. We never, ever, drive to the park.

It's a little easier to answer if we knew how you were leaving afterwords... If your on the first KTTK time slot, you'll get done somewhere between noon and 1. So requesting a 1pm checkout (free) and coming back to your room to freshen up and then leave is not possible.

I would leave things with the resort which is free but you may want to have a gratuity for them. Some will not accept it (and I always make sure I get their name and email guest services when home to say how great they were to help them career wise instead). Then you don't need to worry about heat or theft or anything... Every resort has a nice sized restroom near the lobby so there is a chance to change into something your left in your carry on. more often than not, we want to change before we leave after some hours in the park especially if we got caught in the rain.

I've done both transportation and providing my own to get there. For MK I actually prefer to taxi or uber to contemporary and walk over. Tell your driver your going to walk to mk after getting dropped off and to let you off in the parking lot next to the road/walkway to save even more time (and money to stop the meter sooner). Getting from the TTC to MK can take even longer that early in the morning and there is rare but not unheard of situations where there was no transportation to get to the gate on time.

I just did this a few weeks ago and stored everything at bell services. It saved time getting out the door in the morning to just drop it off. That being said, if you have any bags of dirty laundry or stuff you won't need you might run them out to your car the night before. We sometimes do that when we know we have to be out the door early the next day.
