My friend is getting married and I need a little bit of help! We're local to Orlando, and she's Catholic and wants to be married in her church. She's also got her heart set on having the reception at the Atlantic Dance Hall. They're starting to look at dates, but I can't find anywhere where it says for JUST a reception. Can you book somewhere for just a reception? I've looked at the wedding website as well as the catering website for parties and convention, but I can't find anything that would tell me! It's got to be a common thing.

Anyone know?? Help!!

I am not sure, but I think I saw someone's sig that they got married at a Catholic church and had a reception at Disney. I don't know if you'd still have to meet the Wishes minimum. Why don't you just call DFTW and ask?

My cousin got married at Disney a few years ago and she did the ceremony at a Catholic Church in Orlando, and did the reception at Grand Floridian so it's possible :thumbsup2

Camara is doing her Reception in Italy in Epcot, but having her wedding in a Catholic Church. Her PJ is in the PJ section.

I believe you can do it, you just have to meet the total minimum requirement with just a reception.
