is there a telephone number information service for the UK?
Actually for Scotland, actually specifically for Fife..

i mean a number that you call to ask for phone numbers for people...
like in the states, you call the area code plus 555-1212 to get telephone number information..

is there something similar for Scotland (edinburgh - or fife)?
