I had my phone interview on Tuesday, November 10th for the Spring session of the College Program.

I got my "Thank you" e-mail on Wednesday, November 11th.

How long before I should hear something from Disney? Will it be by e-mail or regular mail?

Basically, it's a mystery to how long you wait. You're interviewer most likely said something like "Ok, great. You can expect to hear something from us in 2-3 weeks" That is what they told me at least. I waited 10 days for a response and was shocked it came so soon. Although, some people wait 6+weeks so who knows I hope for your sake it is soon though. I've heard it can be as little as 4 days. And it all depends, some people get an email, some get snail mail. I recieved my folder in the actual mail and had been checking email like crazy haha.

I was told 2-3 weeks as well..
It took 7.5 weeks before I heard back.

My friend (who is doing Spring 2010) and I were both told 2-3 weeks, but we both got the acceptance e-mail after exactly one week.. WAY earlier than either of us was expecting. But it can vary. Hopefully your wait isn't too long!

I received my invitation email 15 days after my interview. My actual folder came 7 days later. Most people who was accepted the same day I was received their invitation folder days before I did

I got my email 6 days after my interview. That was last week.

It is definitely a toss-up. I was told 3-4 weeks after my phone interview, but I received the email 8 days later... it's funny because I received the email after I took a nap.
