Question from New Annual Passholder

Hi..I recently purchased the 2 year 2 park annual pass (about a month ago). We will be at Universal on Sunday (staying Sunday night at the Royal Pacific). Of course it was 2 late to get invited to any of the AP Mummy nights...but do you guys think I could just show up with my AP on Sunday night and try to get in? ...Sunday night (May 23rd) is one of the nights right??

You should be able to get in if you have your annual pass. From what I can understand, UO was just trying to get estimates on the number of AP holders who were planning on attending each event. I would think that Sunday night will probably be the event this weekend with the lightest attendance. Friday night's being the official opening will most likely be a zoo Of course, that's the one we're going to I'm sure Saturday night's will be very crowded also with high local attendance.

I would just check in with guest services when you get to the park. I'm sure you'll be fine.

The AP event itself is from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight. Here is a thread from a couple of weeks ago where we all were discussing the various events and dates:

David in Manassas, did you order your APs online? Did you receive anything in the mail confirming the purchase? I just printed out the confirmation when I ordered and didn't know if that's all I need. Thanks!

First....thanks for all the replies..

Second...I was asked about ordering online....Yes...I did order an annual pass for myself and paid the extra for the delivery...It came in a couple of days via 2 day UPS. I wanted to have it in hand so I could check in the hotel with it as I booked it at an annual pass rate. I am going to be ordering another one for my son who is coming with me. For that one I am going to choose to pick it up at the Universal kiosks once we get there. From what I understand...you take the confirmation number they give you when you order...AND...the credit card you used to buy the pass....you put them both into the machine and viola...it prints the ticket....at least that's how I understand how it works.....just a few more days till Sunday!

After you get that ticket, you will then need to get your picture taken for your annual pass. I would allow plenty of time to get that done. I also doubt they will be doing those pictures on the night of annual passholders mummy special event. I'd get it done the day of the event so it will be ready for the passholder event that night.

I think for the ticket Kiosk you put in your credit card, and maybe your confirmation number. But do take your printed receipt with you, last year the kiosks would not work for my friend so she took the printed confirmation to the desk and got her tickets without any problems.

I too have ordered my passes online and am going to pick them up, do you think I can show my receipt at the parking booth to get the free parking?

Will they be having special Mummy nights all summer or is it just for the grand opening? We won't be there until July
