This might be a silly question, but how do you keep track of all your ADRs once they are made? Do you just write the restaurants, locations, and times down as you make them?

Yes. And the confirmation number. In a spreadsheet. Which I carry with me in the parks just in case.

I believe you can also print them right from the Disney website under dining reservations. (my reservations)

I also make a spreadsheet too. I laminate it and carry it with me, just in case.

Also, if you go to the concierge at your resort, they will print them out for you if you forget your list.:thumbsup2

I have an iPod Touch and I scheduled all my ADR's as events. That way I had all my reservation numbers and times in something I was gonna have on me anyway. I have a tendency to lose papers and stuff like that, so I just put them in my iPod! :)

If you have an iphone there is an app you can get that keeps track of them for you. I can't remember the name but if you go to the app store and search disney world it will come up.

I use Mouse Memo but they are easily pulled up on the WDW page.

last 5 trips - excel spreadsheet - might put into my blackberry for upcoming trip.

I use a spreadsheet for planning. The last two trips we transferred all the information to 3X5 cards, one for each day. DD types it up all nice with our plans for the day and the times for all parks. We jot notes on the back through out the day, such as what we ate or something funny that happened.

I put the ADRs in my Palm phone, as calendar entries, with the confirmation numbers, synched from my Outlook.

I also enter it into our trip spreadsheet, the only piece of paper I carry in the parks.

I type them in a list and make two copies, one for me and one for DH. Prior to doing that I had the concierge make copies for me.

I use the Disney Dining App on my phone. It stores all the information and includes menus too.

Yes I do the same. If I book online I also print out the reservation confirmation.

I usually make a spreadsheet with each day, the park we are going to, the hours of the park and our dining res and confirmation.
