question for travel agent

I just started a new job as a travel agent and I had 1 question. What are the some of the benefits that agents have gotten in the past from Disney and Disney Cruise

Your agency should be able to outline the TA benefits for you. Basically with DCL you can get a discount during special TA promotions or a discount with a "space available" promotion booked 30 days or less prior to travel. For WDW, there are room and package discounts based on availability, with the percentage of discount varying. Of course TA rates are not commissionable.

Disneyworld offers 50% off rack room rates including suites for Travel Agents (at least until the end of this 2003) I don't know if this will carry over to 2004.

I used this discount for my trip in May. You will need a copy of your IATA # or letter from employer at check-in in order to receive this discount.

Also - I don't know about US agents - but Canadian agents get free park hoppers.
