Question for Ticketmaster users . . .

Were you asked any questions about what corporation you worked for when you presented your tickets? I frequented this board for approximately 4 months before finally deciding, just a couple of weeks ago, to purchase our 2-day/2-park tickets from Ticketmaster for our trip next month. Now I'm starting to read more and more concerns about whether you're asked about working for a particular corporation. I wasn't even aware that the codes were only meant to be used by certain corporate employees. How I missed that, I don't know!

Now I'm a little nervous. Should I be concerned? Can those of you who have already used these tickets post about your experience? Thanks!

I have used Ticketmaster tickets more than once and have never been asked that question. The only difficulty I've had is with the finger scanner that they use to make sure only one person uses the ticket. My finger never scans correctly, then I'm asked which finger I scanned the first time, or they suggest the ticket has expired, etc. etc. On my visit last month, one day I had to wait for another Universal ticket person to head over and figure out why I wasn't passing the finger scan. Finally I got in, as I always do, but frankly I felt like giving 'the finger' for real by that point.

Getting back to your original question, I have always used Ticketmaster tickets for Universal Orlando without being questioned about discounts. I'm pretty sure they do not want to expend the time on such stuff when tons of people are waiting to get in.

wednesday i will be at le chefs for dinner.
i move from the motherland resort on the 8th to a loews hotel at the darkside.

meet up with me at the darkside!
i'll give you a tour of my room at the onsite hotel if you are curious.

on the 4th, i'll be at tonys.
it's emh at mk that night.

at one time, i thought we both had kona on the 3rd.

i made the adr's 90 days out at 5:00 am cst..........now i'm doing what everyone else is, changing things around.....


to keep the theme of the topic, don't fret about using the corporation tickets. they will be good all of this year.

if there were issues with the public using them, they would have been pulled by now.
RCI sells motherland tickets and no problems there either.

We did both have Kona on the 3rd, but, like you, I've moved some things around, too.

So, lets see, we could either run into each other at AS Sports or at UO/IOA on the 9th. We plan to spend a full day on the 7th, but will probably cut it short around 2:00 p.m. on the 9th (if I can pull the kids away!) because I'd really like to do evening EMH at AK that night. This is our first time to go to "the darkside."

Oh, and thanks for the reassurance on the tickets!

We used the 2 day/2 park ticketmaster tickets in August with no problems. We printed them out at home. We wanted to trade them for the regular tickets (easier to carry) but the lines were always too long so we never did. Have fun!!!
