Question for those who have stayed in a BLT studio.

Instead of opening up the sofa, is there room to lay a twin size air mattress in front of the sofa length wise? (side by side)

My kids will be 5 and 7 during our next trip and I was thinking that one child could steep on the sofa and the other on the mattress, thus leaving us more room to get around. I am hoping that there is a place to move the mattress out of the way too. I like keeping the living area intact.

I really want to give BLT a try, but the size of the studios really have worried we will feel too crowded. We are a family of four.

Thanks for the link. I have read that thread and while it is clear that the studios are small, I did not see the answer to my question.

Won't the floor mattress be about the same size as the un-folded couch mattress? I would think that you could fit both. It will be tight, but they should fit. We were in a BLT Studio a couple of days ago and it was really tight.
