QUESTION- For those who have been to DL lately-

Please tell me if you are being fingerprinted now, when you have muti-day hopper passes at DL. I was told DW does it...
Just trying to save $, but don't want to if it's not allowed.

Technically it's not a fingerprint, they just take key points that would be hard to match from person to person. It's not something that they could scan through a data base and only come up with one specific person, they come up with hundreds. But it makes it more difficult to transfer from one person to another because the odds of those points matching is slim.

Hope I'm making sense because technical stuff isn't my strong point (hence why I call it "stuff!") Just for anyone worried that they're taking personal information...

I hope they stick to this policy and enforce it....people coming to DL shouldnt try and cheat the system if that is what the OP was implying

Yes, I hope you "do your best". It's a little upsetting that your first post on a board that exists to help people plan their best possible trip to a place we have all come to adore would be asking for help on scamming the system. I hope you decide to pay (in full) for your trip like the rest of us do. I'd hate to know someone used this board to get information that would help them do something illegal.

Please don't cheat our system. Park hoppers are non transferrable and they do enforce it! When we were heading from DCA to DLR one night someone's hand stamp was blurry and they were refusing them entrance because the ticket wasn't signed.....please follow the rules and don't share tickets.

FYI, if Disney catches you doing this (sharing passes, or otherwise trying to gain entry without paying fairly), they WILL ban you from ALL their theme park properties for a period of 365 days. They have the authority to ban your for LIFE, if they choose to.

Don't do it. Pay your way. If you are 3 years or older, you need a legitimate ticket.

You said above you don't want to do what is not allowed, then you say you will do your best not to cheat. It's very simple:

Each person entering DL or DCA needs their own ticket. Sharing tickets is not permitted and is a direct violation of Disney policies.
