Question for the DVC veterans - Timeline for resort opening

This has no relevance and just for my own curiosity. I wasn't following DVC when the last new resort was built (Riviera), so I'm curious when certain events happened, if anyone remembers. In particular:

1. Resort announced
2. Opening date announced
3. Resale restrictions announced
4. Room designs/layouts and resort amenities/dining revealed
5. Pricing and point charts revealed
6. Booking allowed

I probably have these out of order. Thanks for any info!
