Question for the DIS-Con planners

Can you tell us how the EPCOT Dining around the World will work? Do we pick any restaurant or are there certain ones we pick from? Are we limited on our meal choices then? (ie. do we have only a certain menu choice?) Thanks for the help.

I'm currious about this too. I really want to eat in Morrocco. Last year we ate at the Biergarten, YUCK. DH's choice. This year I get to pick!

You'll have more options then France and Canada, we will also offer Italy, Morocco, Japan, Mexico and the UK.
