Question for recent visitors to MK

I have heard that the plaza pavillion restaurant is closed while converting to a noodle place. We had good seats for the old fireworks show at the plaza pavillion right under tink's Path. I assume it would still be a good place for wishes.

Can you still sit in that area to watch wishes?

Can you still cut through to get from main street to tomorrowland or is it blocked off?

Anyone know when the noodle place will open?

The Plaza pavilion restaurant is not closed. There is a quick service area that is being changed over. You can still sit in that area or at least you could the other day.

The place that is open is the plaza restaurant (table service). Unless I am mistaken, I think the quick serve place was called the "plaza pavillion" and it is being changed to a noddle place (not sure what it will be called).

Everything you mentioned is still open. If you are talking about the patio area with the yellow chairs. you have to walk down stairs to get to it, and it is also a smoking area. They have reserved that for special invatation only veiwing of Wishes. I think the sign said for AAA and Disney reservations or something like that. Anyway 2 hours before wishes they block it off.

Thanks for the heads up. I was actually thinking of both areas. I know we watched the FW once from the area that you had to walk down steps. That's too bad that it closed off. I wonder how you get a "special invitation"?
