Question for people who are recently back, about HM merch

I am a big Haunted Mansion fan, and have noticed that there is a bunch of new souvies available this year depicting the HM. I could order them through Disney Merchandising, but then I would have to pay shipping, and not get my DC or AP 10% off. We are going to WDW in Oct, and could buy the stuff then (and possibly still have it shipped home). The CM I spoke to at DM assured me the stuff should be selling in WDW all this year (but she is showing the tshirt as liquidated, whatever that means). If I buy the stuff now, it will be sight unseen. Has anyone seen the new HM souvies in DTD? I am specifically interested in the frame, mug, pin, and beannie. I heard there is a WDW HM snowglobe as well. but I am wondering if it is the same as the one the DS online has.
Is it available at the places you can get the 10% off?
