Especially those who have young girls. When you take your kids to get a haircut, do you usually ask the hair stylist to wash her hair? or do you just let them wet their hair with the bottle?
I'm asking this because I took my 11 yr old to get a haircut the other day and the stylist did not wash her hair, but charged me the full price that includes the wash. When I asked why she didn't wash her hair , the manager said it was because I didn't ask for it. I never had to ask for it before , but if they are going to charge full price , why should I have to request full service to get it?

They cheated you. There is no way they should charge you for the wash and not give it.

Where we go, they always wash my daughter's hair (12) and mine as well....it's included with the price.

Yep you got cheated. Heck even my youngest insists on getting washed. That was a rotten thing to do.

I agree.... I wouldn't return there. My DS usually goes with clean hair and they just use the spray bottle. Never get charged for a shampoo unless I GET a shampoo!...............P

My stylist will ask, but usually remembers that my girls like their hair washed. She has a different price for no washing.

I would assume that she was going to charge you a reduced fee if she didn't wash it. I'd probably call the manager.

DD always gets her hair washed before a cut. Call back and talk to the owner or a manager.

clean hair and only a trim= spray bottle and cheap price.

Shampoo, cut and style= full price haircut.

The manager is the one who told me I should have requested it. I will not be going back there, that's for sure.
