Question for Mike the Moderator...

So, how do you know when a thread has gone past 250 posts? I play a game and the moderators have to shut it down at some point, but we never know when it will be shut down.

I'm curious how moderators find out when a thread has reached it's maximum capacity....do you get an email or is it just a situation where you have to visit the forum and notice the number of posts?

Hmmmm Good Question.

I think a mod has to do it, but not entirely sure. You can keep track of how many posts are in a thread by looking in the upper right hand corner. If a thread has to be shut down, you can simply link the new thread on the last post of the old thread. Get in touch with your local Mod to ask them if they can do this for you.
