Sorry, no. Haven't done any magazines or such. I would search the kindle area on Amazon for the journal you are looking for.

If you are talking about magazines try calibre. They have some.

Go to the top where it says Fetch News and there are newspapers and magazines in there.

On the Kindle they have a program they are beta testing now where you send the PDF of your journal article and they e-mail you the kindle version you download from your PC to your Kindle. You can also have them automatically download like any other purchase, but they charge a fee. I haven't tried it yet for any of the journals I read regularly, but have talked to someone that has and he reports it works pretty well.

Is it just articles not the entire journal?

And it sounds like this is just a Kindle service?
