Question for HHI owners

Got the add-on bug after our first trip home (okay, had it BEFORE our first trip home but DH wouldn't entertain the thought until we had stayed at least once).

I was thinking of HHI- we've been there before and really like the resort. Plus, we live only 4 hrs away. My motivation to add on here is to get the 11 month window for ressies (want a studio or 1 BR during the summer). The problem is my job. I must be in a lottery every year for vacation time. We get our choices for the following year around mid-September. So, instead of an 11 month window for the summer, I am looking at a 9 or 10 month window. Is there still availability of studios and 1 BRs then or do they go at exactly 11 months?

I own at HH and have been able to get studios and one bedrooms 8 and 9 months out. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions.

We live about an hour and a half from Disney's HH.

Hi there! HH is our home and I just got my ressies for the 4th of July week last Friday. I understand that the gv and 2 bedrooms go kind of quick for the summer but the 1 bedrooms and studios stick around a little longer. Feel free to email if you have any questions about HH. 4th of july week is the only time (in the summer mos.) the resort might be totally sold out. I've been able to get 1 brs. at 7 mos. window,but i always felt i was risking it (june and august). Now we own there, so we don't have to worry. Take another look at the point charts; the 2 br is just a few points more and you're getting so much more room and your chances of getting it are much better because there are so many more of them.
