Here's a question for those familiar with Connecticut's casinos!
My sister and I are looking for a weekday getaway in March, and we decided either Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun would be the place! We want to stay 3 or 4 nights at the one of the casino's hotels. My sister been to both before, but not stayed at either casino's hotel. For our dates, Mohegan is much cheaper, since they have double bed rooms available. Foxwoods only has king bed suites for a bit more $$, which I have no idea if it has a pull-out couch or not, but I would hope so.
So my question is:
Is Mohegan's hotel nice, as I can't find decent photos of the place anywhere! Is it relaxing too, as my sister would love to get "down time" and relax and swim, use exercise facilities, and that sort of thing. Or is Foxwoods more of a "resort" and worth more for a hotel room? And is one "safer" than the other, or classier? So many decisions! Any help sure is appreciated! Thanks!
