Hi there,

We are thinking of taking our first DCL and would like to tag this on to one of our WDW trips. Just wondering, if we are staying at one of the DVC resorts and then check out for departure for our 4 day DCL, can we catch the DCL Bus from WDW or do we have to take Magical Express back to MCO and then switch busses to get to Port Canaveral?

Thanks :cheer2:

I can answer this one. DCL motorcoaches leave from ALL DVC resorts- you would need to indicate which resort you are staying at prior so they will be aware to pick you up. For resorts that they do not service with land/sea guests ( which is really only BC/BCV ) then they send a rep over 1/2 hour before departure. ---Kathy

The other thing you need to know is that, unlike Disney's Magical Express which is free, there is a cost to the Disney Cruise Line bus transfer from the resorts to Port Canaveral (or from MCO to Port Canaveral) as well as from the port to the resorts or airport.

Thanks for the info. We like the convenience of ME as our son (10) uses a wheelchair. A DCL pickup from a DVC resort is great convenience for us.

I just got my Passporters Guide to DCL in the mail and I am looking forward to reading up before booking our first cruise.

I was told that they only pick up from BC and AK
and it is $70 return each
